The goods covered by these general conditions are offered for sale by Como Graniti Srl, owner of the website www.lacasadellapietra.com, with registered office in Via Meucci, 12, Guanzate (CO) and operational headquarters in Via Regina 34, Fino Mornasco (CO). Como Graniti Srl is registered with the Chamber of Commerce of Como, VAT number: 03907580132, hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”.

The term “Buyer” means the customer.

The term "Sales Contract" means a real purchase contract for the Seller's tangible movable goods, stipulated between the Seller and the Buyer within the scope of a remote selling system via telematic tools.

The term "product" refers to all material goods that can be purchased on the website www.lacasadellapietra.com.

Written communications or complaints will be valid if sent to the Seller via PEC or registered mail to the address Via Meucci 12, 22073 Guanzate (CO).

Any other means of communication will not be considered official.

The Seller respects the Sales Contract, only if the complaint for non-conformity is communicated by the Buyer within 2 (two) consecutive days from receipt of the product. The postmark will be valid.

Each order placed and concluded, of a product present in the online store www.lacasadellapietra.com, implies the consultation and full acceptance of all these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. They have the function of defining the rights and obligations of the parties in the field of online and offline sales of goods proposed by the Seller to the Buyer.

The order validation click implies full acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale: said click has the value of an “electronic signature”.

The contract is considered effective only upon completion of the purchase by the Buyer.

This occurs by sending an email to the email address provided by the Buyer, or an order confirmation page where the order number is present.

All of this is preceded by an order summary page where the following are indicated: the details of the Buyer and the product(s) purchased, the price of the product(s) purchased, the shipping costs and any additional charges, the payment methods and terms, the address where the goods will be delivered, the delivery times.

Failing this, the contract is not considered perfected and effective between the parties.

The payment methods accepted by the Seller are indicated on the Seller's specific web page.

The refund will be credited using the same payment method used.

In case of withdrawal, within 14 working days from the date on which the Seller became aware of it.

If the goods have already been shipped, the 14-day period starts from the date of receipt of the return.

In any case, to be entitled to a full refund, the item must be returned intact, in normal condition and in its original packaging.

The direct return costs are fully borne by the Buyer.

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from receipt of the purchased goods.

The right of withdrawal is valid only if communicated to the Seller using the methods indicated in the section "Communications and Complaints".

All prices on the website www.lacasadellapietra.com constitute an offer to the public pursuant to art. 1336 of the Italian Civil Code, are expressed in Euros and include VAT in force in Italy.

All prices are subject to change.

The Seller undertakes to guarantee the accuracy of the information provided on the website www.lacasadellapietra.com. The images are for the sole purpose of presenting the products. The availability of the products is indicated at the time of purchase. In the event of sudden and unwanted out of stock by the Seller, the Buyer will be immediately informed.

Delivery times are indicated at the time of purchase on the website www.lacasadellapietra.com.

If the Seller is unable to guarantee the delivery times communicated, the Buyer will be able to avail of a full refund.

The delivery areas are Italy and Europe, excluding the so-called “disadvantaged postcode” areas.

When the Buyer indicates a delivery area included in the so-called "disadvantaged ZIP codes" areas, the Seller has the right to withdraw from the sales contract, or will contact the Buyer to communicate any additional shipping costs.

The Seller uses external couriers that are not its own and therefore guarantees that, at the time of shipment, the requested product is in perfect condition.

Any anomaly concerning the delivery must be indicated on the delivery note in the form of a “handwritten reservation”, accompanied by the signature of the Buyer.
The Buyer must simultaneously send the carrier and a copy to the Seller, a registered letter with return receipt, within 2 (two) working days of delivery, clearly setting out the complaints.

Failing this, the Seller will not proceed with the exchange of the products.
In the event of confirmed loss during transport, the Seller will send a new product to the Buyer at his own expense.

The Seller declines any responsibility that depends on the carrier, especially in cases of loss of products, breakages, bad weather or strikes.

The Buyer is obliged to pay the price, according to the methods indicated on the Seller's website, and it is essential. By express agreement, non-fulfilment will result in the termination of the sales contract pursuant to art. 1456 of the Civil Code, without the need for a judicial ruling.

The Seller, at the time of payment, assumes no responsibility for any fraudulent or illicit use made by third parties of credit cards, checks and other means of payment.
The Seller is not responsible for natural characteristics of the product attributable to the raw material, such as, for example, colour, natural grain and taroli.
The seller or its suppliers are not responsible for consequences, accidents, damages resulting from non-compliant use of the products.

Pursuant to art. 12 of Legislative Decree 70/03, the Seller informs the Buyer that all data of the order and the sales contract is stored in digital form, on the Seller's server, according to confidentiality and security criteria.

The computerized records in the Como Graniti Srl systems are considered proof of the communications, orders and payments between the parties.

The archive of the above data and invoices is both computerized and paper-based and can be provided as evidence.

For any dispute, please refer to the competent court of Como (CO) and the sales contract is governed by Italian law.

The Seller adopts a data processing compliant with the provisions of the privacy legislation pursuant to Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196. The personal data acquired are managed according to the provisions of the law (art. 24, paragraph 1, letter b, Legislative Decree n. 196/2003). The Buyer enjoys the rights pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03. The communication of personal data by the Buyer is a necessary condition for the execution of the sales contract. In its absence, the sales contract cannot be implemented.
